Steve has been with the 'Group' since November 1992 and has broadened the scope of services to member companies and raised the level of the professionalism of staff. He is an approved ConstructionSkills SMSTS instructor; holder of D32, D33, D34 units; C&G 7318 Level 3 in Adult Learning and Development; Holds an NVQ Level 4 in Enviromental management; Competent in Hand/Arm Vibration measurement and assessment; Competent in Noise measurement and assessment; PASMA Approved Instructor; IOSH Tyne and Wear Branch Treasurer and Construction Section Chair; Committee member of the IOSH Construction Specialist Group.

Position: Assistant Health and Safety Manager

Nick joined the 'Group' bringing with him experience of running a construction company and skills in effective communications. He is competent in Hand/Arm Vibration measurement and assessment, Noise measurement and report preparation; Abrasive wheels instructor; PASMA Approved Instructor; ConstructionSkills SMSTS approved instructor; Cable Avoidance Tool instructor and holds an NVQ Level 4 in Environmental Management

Robert Cammish

Position: Health and Safety Advisor

Joined the 'Group' in 2005 after 14 years in the manufacturing industry as the employee's Health and Safety Representative. Rob is competent in noise measurement and report preparation, and is currently studying the new Level 6 NEBOSH Diploma.

Steven Champley

Position: Health and Safety Advisor

Joined the 'group' on the 1st June 2006 after 27 years working in the nuclear industry at Hartlepool Power Station where he eventually became the Industrial Safety Manager in 2003. He is experienced and trained in accident investigation and is a qualified Lead Auditor (IRCA Certified 18001) as well as being an associate auditor for 14001. His experiences of working with over 800 contractors staff during new building and refurbishment projects in a high risk environment provides him with the skills and knowledge necessary for him to be part of a close knit team

Jim Scheu - CMIOSH

Jim joined the safety group from Business Link and has many years of experience of providing services to SME's. He is a Chartered Member of IOSH and will continue to develop his skill base to meet the needs of the group's members

Rachel Nugent

Position: Trainee Administration Assistant

A point of contact for all of your health and safety training needs. Rachel, as part of the training administration team will deal with your training enquiry and bookings to ensure that your needs are met to your complete satisfaction.
Rachel is new to the company and is learning about our training courses and the procedures we have in place to ensure customer satisfaction.
